We began our 14 days trip in Kathmandu valley for sightseeing UNESCO world heritage and next day we will go to Pokhara from the bus and after that, we will be heading to the one of the unique treks in the world Annapurna base camp trekking.

Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu (1350m) Tribhuvan international Airport (TIA)

Day 2Sightseeing of Kathmandu valley UNESCO world heritage

Today is for sightseeing tours to world heritage sites of Pashupatinath Temple-the holiest Hindu Temple on the bank of sacred Bagmati River, Bodhanath Stupa – the biggest Buddhist Stupa architecture in the world! Patan Durbar Square is the oldest city in the Kathmandu valley with age old tradition also called Lalitpur – the city of fine arts. The visit covers the Durbar Square, the Krishna temple, the Kumbheswore temple, the Golden temple and many more. Swayambhunath Stupa-the 2000 years old legendary stupa on the hillock also nick-named as monkey temple

Day 3Drive Kathmandu to Pokhara (900m)

We start our program early morning our guide will pick you up from your Hotel and take you the bus station to catch a bus to pokhara Between a journey we enjoy the natural landscapes and beautiful of Hillside. Upon reaching Pokhara we head to hotel and take a rest.Evening time walk to lake site we spend the night in pokhara.

Day 4Pokhara to nayapool by drive and trek to tikkdhunga(1540m)

From Pokhara, we will drive to Naya Pul by private car. The Annapurna base camp trek beging from Naya pool after a whill we will be reach at birethanti which is large village with many shops and teahouses. The trail goes along the northem bank of Bhurungdi Khola after a short trek we will be Hile .after short distance we will be in Tikhedhunga.

Day 5Tikhedhunga to ghorapani (2860m)

We start our trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorapani which provides an excellent view of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range. It takes 6 to 7 hours to reach Ghorapani from Tikhedhunga all the way through ulleri,Banthanti,Nangge thanti. Elevation of Ghorapani 2860 meters above sea level. While you are in Ghorapani trek you will love the panoramic view of the mountain peaks and they are indeed great. Actually in lower elevation they will give you a good view of the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna range.

Day 5Tikhedhunga to Ghorapani (2860m)

We start our trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorapani which provides an excellent view of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range. It takes 6 to 7 hours to reach Ghorapani from Tikhedhunga all the way through ulleri,Banthanti,Nangi thanti. Elevation of Ghorapani 2860 meters above sea level. While you are in Ghorapani trek you will love the panoramic view of the mountain peaks and they are indeed great. Actually in lower elevation they will give you a good view of the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna range.

Day 6Hike Ghorapani to poon hill (3110m) and trek to tadapani (2630m)

We wake up early in the morning and start taking uphill climb towards the top of Poonhill so that we do not miss the magnificent sunrise view. We watch the amazing sunrise along with a view of Mount Dhaulagiri I(8167m/26795ft), Tukuche peak, Nilgiri south, Mount Annapurna I(8091m/26545ft), Himchuli, Mount Machhapuchre(Mt.Fishtail) and many other highest peaks from the top of Poonhill. The view is beyond explanation. We then head back to Ghorepani and will take breakfast. After breakfast, we start the trek towards Tadapani passing through forests, hills, a couple of villages and waterfalls along the way.

Day 7Tadapani to sinuwa (2360m)

Today is our 4 trekking day. We are gioing to stay sinuwa on the way we are crossing rhododendron forest ,suspension bridge and terraced felds and some of watterfalls.when we cross the suspension bridge over kimrong river .after while we will rich chhomrong. Chhomorong is beautiful gurung village ,when we pass through chhomrong village after we will be rich sinuwa

Day 8 Sinuwa to Deurali(3230m)

The trek starts with a walk over the gentle uphill and downhill trail from Sinuwa. The trail further takes us to Bamboo through beautiful rhododendron forest continues with a climb up to until we reach Dobhan. We then head steep uphill towards Himalaya. We pass through small streams and rivers along the way. Nature adds beauty to the walk and makes forget the tiredness. From here, it is an uphill walk until we reach Deurali

Day 9Deurali to Annapurna basecamp (4130m) Via machhapuchhre base camp (3700m)

We will trek towards machhapuchhare base camp from Deurali on this day. This destination is not really a base camp for climbing the mountain is not permitted. The accommodation services available here is also limited.there is high probability to experience discomfort due to the changing altitude in this region we will spend the night in machhapuchhare base camp.

Day 10ABC to Bamoo(2310m) or Dovan (2600m)

The trail leads you uphill to Annapurna base camp and it will take 3 hours to reach here .this region is a spectacular viewpoint of the glistening Annapurna range. We will explore the country and savor the rare scenic beauty of this region

Day 11Bamboo or dovan to Jhinu hot spring (1565m)

Today Trek to Jhinu Danda, Bamboo to Sinuwa and then descent to lower Sinuwa.The trail ascent thousand steps climb up to Upper chhomrong time of Lunch hour. After the lunch place of Chhomrong, we can take the different route and instead of going to Ghandruk, we follow steep down to Jhinu Danda (Hot Spring). Jhinu is the best place for trekkers after long day trek and enjoying the hot spring lying down into a pool just a 10-15 min from Jhinu Danda, river bank of the fresh running water from Annapurna Base Camp

Day 12Jhinu Hot spring to pokhara via Naya pool

Today is our last trekking day.we are flowing new trail from Jhinu dada (hot spring) to Naya pool. We flow the modi river through the rice field to Naya pool the trile is little bit slippery from jhino dada to Naya pool after Naya pool drive to pokhara

Day 13Pokhara to kathmandu hotel in Kathmandu

On this day we have our breakfast by 6:00 a.m. in the morning and head towards tourist Bus Park and board a tourist bus back to Kathmandu. The bus ride will take around 7 hours through curvy roads of hilly terrain with couple of breaks in between for snacks and lunch.

Day 14Final departure

Final departure to your onward destination or additional trip.

1 Meals and drinking in Trek

The meals are included in our package which is taken in lodges. We will get breakfast and dinner at the lodge where we stay overnights. Our guide will choose and stop for lunch on the available place for every day on a trek. We will request you to bring water and use medicine and drink freely or therefore you can also have options of buying purification water bottled or boiled water in every place as well

3 Trekking Seasons in Nepal

5  Physical fitness

Physical fitness is an important part of any outdoor activity. It is probably less of an issue at the start than you might think. Trek is about taking your time settling your own pace and enjoying the experience to its fullest basically they are three components of in Nepal trek preparation:- Aerobic, strength, and mental. Aerobic conditioning is important primarily because you will trek in thinner air, up to 40 percent less than at sea label how as with good aerobic conditioning you will be able to better metabolize whatever oxygen is available to you.

Before your arrival in Nepal, you should plan on doing at least one hours of aerobic 3/4 times per week for 1 month. Jogging, hiking, cycling and walking on alley floor to ridgeline ascents with day back are some of the excellent forms of exercise so long as your strengthening ley muscles and building stamina. speed is not the essence confidence stamina and continuity are.

8   Acute Mountain Sickness

Acute mountain sickness is common at high altitudes and depends on the elevation, the rate of ascent and individual susceptibility. The symptoms tend to be worse at night and include headache, loss of appetite and lethargy, nausea, bread hopelessness, and irritability. An altitude over 3000 meters (9843 Feet) is usually defined as high altitude. Treks are designed to properly acclimatize you to change in high altitude climate and sufficient precautionary measures too are taken to take almost caution. We will also equip our staffs with a cell phone and satellite phones in occurrence of any emergency cases. 9 Flight delays Internal

The major reason for the flight delays and the cancellation is due to the climate conditions and horal geographical setting of Nepal. 12 Trekking Day

We will have to walk around 6 to 8 hours per day/ 10 to 12 km per day more or less. We will have our breakfast at the tea house and begin our trekking as in the middle of long trekking we will have our lunch at the tea house and after some time we will start the trekking again. However, will end our night will dinner at tea house take rest to have some fun and remaining trek we will start it again tomorrow after breakfast.
