Day- 1Arrival in Kathmandu (13,45m) at the Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA)

Day-2Sightseeing of Kathmandu valley UNESCO world heritage sites

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing tours to world heritage sites of Pashupatinath Temple.the holiest Hindu Temple on the bank of sacred Bagmati River, Boudhanath Stupa-the biggest Buddhist Stupa architecture in the world. Patan Durbar Square is the oldest city in the Kathmandu valley with age old tradition also called Lalitpur.the city of fine arts. The visit covers the Durbar Square, the Krishna temple, the Kumbheswore temple, the Golden temple and many more. Swayambhunath Stupa-the 2000 years old legendary stupa on the hillock also nick named as monkey temple. Your day tour ends Kathmandu Durbar Square Showcasing living goddess Kumari Temple, Nautale Durbar, the Kaal Bhairav, the Swet Bhairav, the freak Street and more.

Day- 3Fly (40min) to Lukla (2,840m) by morning flight, then commence trek to Phakding (2,610m)

We take early morning flight to Lukla, which is completely dependent on weather conditions. Day- 4Trek Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,441m)

Going through a beautiful pine forest, we follow the trail north up the valley of Benkar. After that , we cross Dudh Koshi River and go on passing Chumoa to Monjo,and the entrance to Everest National Park. Then crossing a suspension bridge, we pass Jorsale village and walk to the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers. After a while , we reach the heart of Sherpa village – Namche Bazaar. At one hour’s distance to reach Namche Bazaar, if the weather permits, we can view the beautiful sights of Mt. Everest and Mt. Lhotse.5.5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.(B,L,D)

Day-5Namche Bazaar / Acclimatization

(Our guide will take you to explore around the nearest villages or hike up to Syangboche Everest View hotel for couple of hours to resist your body with high elevation). There are many things to do around Namche Bazaar, and we can spend a day here with gaining lots of fun. Namche Bazzar is the heart of the Khumbu region and has government offices, ATMs, Internet cafes, shops, restaurants, and a colorful market where we get lots of facilities . Our guides can take us to explore the real beauty of Namche Bazaar. Hiking to Sagarmatha National Park results trekkers with a beautiful sunrise and the mindblowing views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde and so on. In exploring Namche Bazar, we observe traditional Sherpa life, Khumjung Hillary School and enjoy flora and fauna found at such altitude. Overnight at a guesthouse. (B, L, D)

Day- 6Trek Namchabazar to the Tengboche Monastery (3,860m)

During this trek we go through the Dudh-Koshi River and pass by rhododendron forests to Tengboche. While going through the Dudh Koshi River, we enjoy the fabulous views of mountain tops like Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse , Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde and so on. Upon reaching Tengboche, we visit Tengboche monastery-the largest monastery in the region and sink in the views of Everest, Ama Dablam and other peaks. ) – 5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse. Day 7Trek Tengboche to Dingboche (4,400 m)

We drop down and trek through forests filled with a variety of lush trees – birch, conifers and rhododendrons. This journey again results us with tremendous views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. The trek moves ahead towards the Imja Valley, Lobuche River and ultimately begins climbing up to Dingboche. At Dingboche, we see a beautiful array of fields enclosed by stone walls to protect barley, buckwheat and potatoes from the cold winds and grazing animals. 6 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse. Day- 8Acclimatization day in Dingboche (Day trip to Chhukung)

(Day trip to Chhukung) Dingboche is a famous stop for trekkers and climbers headed to Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam or Imja Tse. The village is beautiful with an array of fields enclosed by stone walls to protect barley, buckwheat and potatoes from the cold wind and grazing animals. We spend a day at Dingboche for adjustment. We take day hikes to either Nagarjun Hill or Chukkhung Valley for appreciable views of Makalu, Lhotse, Chalotse, Tawache and Ama Dablam. back to same tea house/ guesthouse. (B, L, D)

Day- 9Trek Dingbocha to Lobuche (4900m)

We start the day with a slight climb to Duglha at the end of the terminal moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. From here, we climb up a steep trail to Chupki Lhara, where we find an array of stones with prayer flags used as memorials to Scott Fischer (American mountaineer) and 10-time Everest submitter Babu Chiri Sherpa (Nepali mountain guide) who died on a mission to climb Everest. Next, we continue our trek to the Khumbu Glacier moraine and find ourselves facing different great peaks – Khumbutse, Lingtren, Pumori and Mahalangur Himal. After that ,we reach to Lobuche.overnight at guesthouse. (B, L, D)

Day- 10Trek to Gorakshep and hike to Everest Base camp (5363m)

We take the trail to Everest Base Camp through the once vast Gorak Shep Lake. Moving ahead, we come across the Indian army mountaineers’ memorials. The path from here can be confusing ; hence, it is important that we follow our lead Sherpa actively. The walk is difficult due to light air in the high altitude. We pass through rocky dunes, moraine and streams before reaching the Everest Base Camp. While reaching the Everest Base Camp, we see tents of mountaineers that stand out in bright colors against the monotony of gray surroundings (especially in the spring). Nuptse, Khumbuste and Pumori are the mountains we can view clearly from the base camp. ) overnight at guest house 6hrs (B, L, D)

Day- 11Morning hike to Kallapathar (5,545m) to see Mountain View and sunrise then trek down to Pheriche (4,200m)

We prepare for an early morning departure, amid pre-dawn darkness and low temperatures (-10 to -14 C).There is always the possible for breezy winds which is common. Familiar peaks such as Lingtren, Khumbutse, and Changtse tower to the east even as Everest begins to reveal itself. But, it is while reaching Kala Patthar that we get to see 360 degree up-close and awesome views of Mt. Everest. And most wonderful things to be known is that the sunset view from Kala Patthar is more admirable than the sunrise view. As the setting sun’s rays strike the snow-capped mountains, the resulting scenery is incredible which result like a shinny daimonds. ) overnight at guest house – 7hrs(B, L, D)

Day- 12Trek down to Namche Bazaar (3,540m)

We trek down through the hillside coated by rhododendron and juniper trees. After crossing the prayer-flag cover bridge over the Dudh Koshi River, our trail follows the Dudh Koshi gorge moving downwards swiftly through pine forests. In the forest, we may come across colorful pheasants and mountain goats. The path eventually reaches Sansa from where we can enjoy the wonderful views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Nuptse mountains. We also pass winding trails through a forest before reaching Namche Bazaar.overnight at guest house – 6hrs (B, L, D)

Day- 13Trek down to Lukla (2840m)

The stream falls downwards sharply so we need to walk safely as our shaky legs continuously fight the irregular land surface. After crossing the suspension bridges over the fast flowing Dudh Koshi and its tributaries, the stream becomes more level and natural. Finally we reach to the Lukla,overnight at guest house – 3hrs (B, L, D)

Day- 14 Fly back Lukla to Kathmandu

We can spend the whole day taking rest, packing and souvenir shopping for loved ones. We can even visit anywhere we like in Kathmandu.hotel in kathmandu (B)

Day- 15Final departure to your onward destination or additional trip.. (B)

1 Meals and drinking in Trek

The meals are included in our package which is taken in lodges. We will get breakfast and dinner at the lodge where we stay overnights. Our guide will choose and stop for lunch on the available place for every day on a trek. We will request you to bring water and use medicine and drink freely or therefore you can also have options of buying purification water bottled or boiled water in every place as well

3 Trekking Seasons in Nepal

June, July, and August months are the main rainy season. It also involves monsoon with heavy rainfall which makes trekking condition unfavorable. During this season, it is times are blessed for the keen botanist as the higher valley and meadows blossom with flower and lush vegetation. Desert park of Nepal like mustang Nar-Phu valley and Dolpo region are the best season to do trekking which is summer trekking a great alternative behind the Himalayan rains shadow area.

5  Physical fitness

Physical fitness is an important part of any outdoor activity. It is probably less of an issue at the start than you might think. Trek is about taking your time settling your own pace and enjoying the experience to its fullest basically they are three components of in Nepal trek preparation:- Aerobic, strength, and mental. Aerobic conditioning is important primarily because you will trek in thinner air, up to 40 percent less than at sea label how as with good aerobic conditioning you will be able to better metabolize whatever oxygen is available to you.

Before your arrival in Nepal, you should plan on doing at least one hours of aerobic 3/4 times per week for 1 month. Jogging, hiking, cycling and walking on alley floor to ridgeline ascents with day back are some of the excellent forms of exercise so long as your strengthening ley muscles and building stamina. speed is not the essence confidence stamina and continuity are.

8   Acute Mountain Sickness

Acute mountain sickness is common at high altitudes and depends on the elevation, the rate of ascent and individual susceptibility. The symptoms tend to be worse at night and include headache, loss of appetite and lethargy, nausea, bread hopelessness, and irritability. An altitude over 3000 meters (9843 Feet) is usually defined as high altitude. Treks are designed to properly acclimatize you to change in high altitude climate and sufficient precautionary measures too are taken to take almost caution. We will also equip our staffs with a cell phone and satellite phones in occurrence of any emergency cases. 9 Flight delays Internal

12 Trekking Day

We will have to walk around 6 to 8 hours per day/ 10 to 12 km per day more or less. We will have our breakfast at the tea house and begin our trekking as in the middle of long trekking we will have our lunch at the tea house and after some time we will start the trekking again. However, will end our night will dinner at tea house take rest to have some fun and remaining trek we will start it again tomorrow after breakfast.
